De Foundation class bestaat uit drie hele en een halve dag.

Het is een zeer interactieve cursus waarbij geen enkele vraag te gek is.

In de Foundation komen belangrijke aspecten van het leven aan de orde.

Denk daarbij aan familie, relaties, werk, seks, je toekomst, geld, enz.

We benaderen alle onderwerpen vanuit bewustzijn, wat alles omvat zonder oordeel.

Je kent al de Access Bars. Dat is een voorwaarde om deel te nemen.

In de Foundation leer je ook een aantal andere bodyprocessen, die helend en voedend zijn voor je lichaam. Je krijgt een handleiding met veel extra handvatten voor je dagelijks leven en de bodyprocessen.

The Foundation class takes three and a half day. It is a very interactive learning experience where no question is taboo. The Foundation class covers important aspects of life such as family, relationships, work, sex, your future, money, etc. We address all subjects from a place of consciousness, including everything without judgment.

You already know the Access Bars. That is a prerequisite for participating. In the Foundation you will additionally learn a number of other body processes which are healing and nourishing for your body. You will receive a manual including many additional tools useful in your daily life.

I will facilitate you by asking questions, using silence, verbal processes (clearings) and body processes.

Ultimately, you yourself will begin to make different choices,

and start to move, even to your own surprise.

It is a class with a laugh and a tear, a wonderful adventure, to more happiness,

more abundance, more unfolding of who you really are.
